Prayer of Praise
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a heart full of praise, for You are my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? You are the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? (Psalm 27:1)
In the day of trouble, You hide me in Your dwelling; You set me high upon a rock. Now my head is lifted up above my enemies, and I will offer sacrifices of joy in Your tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord! (Psalm 27:5-6)
Lord, my heart seeks You, and Your Word has said, “Seek My face.” My heart responds, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.” Do not hide Your face from me; You have been my helper, do not reject or forsake me, O God my Savior. (Psalm 27:8-9)
Blessed be the Lord, for You hear my cry! You are my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in You, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song, I will praise You. (Psalm 28:6-7) You, O Lord, are the strength of Your people, a fortress of salvation for Your anointed one. Save Your people and bless Your inheritance; shepherd them and carry them forever. (Psalm 28:8-9)
I will wait on You, Lord; I will be strong and take heart, for You are faithful. (Psalm 27:14) My hope is in You alone, and I will praise Your name forever!
Amen.
