Fear & Anxiety
Finding peace with God when fear and anxiety feel too heavy to carry.

God surrounds me with His peace and protection.
“You will keep in perfect peace the steadfast of mind…” — Isaiah 26:3
Peace comes from fixing your heart on Him

God goes before me, so I do not need to fear what’s ahead.
“The LORD Himself goes before you…” — Deuteronomy 31:8
Your future is already in His hands.

God calms my heart when I feel anxious.
“When anxiety overwhelms me, Your consolation delights my soul.” — Psalm 94:19
His comfort reaches into the deepest parts of you.

God is my refuge when I feel overwhelmed.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble.”
— Psalm 46:1
You have a safe place in Him.

I do not have to be afraid because God is with me.
“Do not fear, for I am with you…” — Isaiah 41:10
You are never facing this alone.

I am never alone.
“I am with you always.”
— Matthew 28:20
Even when I cannot feel Him,
His presence remains steady.

I will choose faith over fear.
“When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.” — Psalm 56:3
Trust grows one small step at a time.

I can be still and trust God.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
You don’t have to fix everything—just be with Him.

I will not be controlled by fear; I am held by God.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear…” — 2 Timothy 1:7
Fear is not from Him—peace is.

I can cast my worries on God because He cares for me.
“Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
What weighs on you matters to Him.

God’s peace is greater than my anxiety.
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts…” — Philippians 4:7
His peace doesn’t depend on your circumstances.
