Held and Carried Forward
“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
— Psalm 73:26
I am held today and carried into what comes next.

Reflection
This week began with weariness: the kind that comes from being strong for too long.
And now, as it closes, there’s something steady to hold onto.
Not because everything has been resolved.
Not because life suddenly feels easy.
But because you’ve remembered who is carrying you.
There will still be days when you feel tired. There may still be moments when you wonder how you’ll get through what’s ahead. But you don’t walk into those moments alone.
God’s strength doesn’t replace your humanity it supports it. When your heart feels weak, He remains steady. When your energy fades, He continues to hold you.
You don’t have to brace yourself for tomorrow. You don’t have to promise to do better or be stronger.
You can move forward knowing you are held today, and in the days ahead.
Prayer
Jesus,
Thank You for carrying me through this season of weariness.
As I move forward, help me remember that Your strength is always with me.
Teach me to rest in You, not just today, but every day.
I trust You to continue holding me.
Amen.
