Father, You desire closeness, relationship, and daily fellowship with me.  You guide me continually. 

Lord, sometimes I become so focused on receiving answers that I forget the purpose of guidance is deeper relationship with You. I rush through prayer trying to find direction instead of slowing down to sit in Your presence. Please help me seek You more than quick solutions. Draw me closer to Your heart and teach me to walk with You daily.

I surrender my striving and pressure to have everything figured out into Your hands. I trust that You will continue guiding me as I walk closely with You.

Thank You that You continually guide and care for me. Thank You that Your desire is not merely to direct me, but to walk beside me through every season. I trust You to faithfully lead me all the days of my life.
