Father, You are my refuge and safe place during uncertain seasons. My soul waits in silence  for God alone; my slavation comes from Him. 

Lord, waiting often exposes fears and insecurities hidden within my heart. I become anxious about the future and tempted to force things to happen in my own strength. Please help me stop striving and learn to rest quietly in Your presence. Teach my soul to find peace while waiting on You instead of constantly trying to control outcomes.

I surrender my anxiety, striving, and need for control into Your care. I trust that You are my refuge and security.

Thank You that I can rest safely in Your presence. Thank You that You are steady and faithful even when life feels uncertain. I trust You to carry me through this season with peace.
