Lord, You are the God of reconciliation, healing, and peace. Your word says to forgive others just as You have forgiven me. 

Father, there are wounds and offenses within my heart that are difficult to release. Sometimes unforgiveness feels safer than vulnerability because the pain still hurts deeply. But I know You have called me to forgive as You have forgiven me. Please help me release bitterness, resentment, and anger into Your hands. Heal the wounded places within me and teach me how to walk in freedom again.

I surrender my hurt, bitterness, and unforgiveness into Your care. I trust that You are able to heal my heart and restore peace within me.

Thank You for forgiving me so completely and lovingly. Thank You that Your grace gives me strength to forgive others. I trust You to continue healing my heart day by day.
