Jesus, You are gentle and compassionate toward weary and burdened hearts. Lord I come to You because I am weary and burdened . 

Lord, I feel tired emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I have been carrying worries, responsibilities, and burdens that feel too heavy for me. Sometimes I keep striving instead of resting in Your care. Please help me lay these burdens at Your feet. Teach me how to truly rest in Your love and stop trying to hold everything together on my own.

I surrender my exhaustion, striving, and emotional heaviness into Your hands. I trust that You are able to carry what feels too heavy for me.

Thank You for inviting me to come honestly before You. Thank You that I can find true rest and peace in Your presence. I trust You to refresh and restore my soul today.
