Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace who calms troubled hearts. You have given me Your peace. I will not let my heart be troubled or afraid. 

Lord, fear often steals my peace and leaves my mind restless. I replay situations repeatedly and become overwhelmed by worry and stress. Please quiet the noise within my heart. Help me stop feeding fear with anxious thoughts and instead rest in the peace that only You can give.

I surrender my anxious thoughts and fearful emotions into Your care. I trust that Your peace is stronger than every fear I face.

Thank You for offering peace that the world cannot provide. Thank You that Your presence brings calm in the middle of chaos. I trust You to steady my heart today.
