Lord, You are my Refuge and Safe Place in every difficult season. You are my ever present help in my times of trouble. 

Father, there are moments when life feels overwhelming and uncertain. Difficult situations, emotional struggles, and unexpected challenges sometimes leave me fearful and weary. But today I run to You as my refuge. Please shelter my heart beneath Your care and remind me that I am safe in Your hands no matter what surrounds me.

I surrender my fears, emotional burdens, and uncertainties into Your care. I trust that You are my refuge and source of peace.

Thank You that I can always run to You when life feels heavy. Thank You that Your presence remains steady even when circumstances feel unstable. I trust You to strengthen and comfort me today.
