Lord, You are my Refuge and Safe Place during every storm and trial. God i my refuge and my strength, an ever present help in times of trouble. 

Father, there are times when life feels overwhelming and emotionally heavy. Fear, stress, uncertainty, and difficult circumstances try to weaken my heart and drain my peace. But today I run to You as my refuge. Please shelter me beneath Your care and remind me that I am not facing these struggles alone. Strengthen me to endure with faith and hope.

I surrender my anxieties, fears, and burdens into Your hands. I trust that You are my refuge and source of strength.

Thank You for being near in every trouble and hardship. Thank You that I never have to carry life’s burdens alone. I trust You to strengthen and steady me today.
