Lord, You are faithful to uphold and sustain those who lean upon You. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. 

Father, there are moments when discouragement and emotional exhaustion settle deeply into my heart. Sometimes I feel tired of fighting battles, carrying burdens, and waiting for things to change. Please remind me that even when my own strength fails, You remain steady and faithful. Help me stop striving alone and learn to depend more fully upon You.

I surrender my discouragement, exhaustion, and fears into Your hands. I trust that You are able to sustain me one day at a time.

Thank You for being the strength of my heart when I feel weak. Thank You that You never grow tired of helping and carrying me. I trust You to continue sustaining me faithfully.
