Lord, You are my Refuge and Safe Place in times of trouble and weakness. Your word promises that You are my refuge and strength and You are my help in times of trouble 

Father, there are moments when this healing journey feels overwhelming and lonely. I become discouraged and emotionally drained from carrying heavy burdens. But today I run to You as my refuge. Please shelter my heart beneath Your care and remind me that I am safe in Your hands no matter what I face.

I surrender my discouragement, fears, and emotional burdens into Your care. I trust that You are my refuge in every storm.

Thank You that I can run to You at any moment. Thank You for being my safe place when life feels uncertain and heavy. I trust You to strengthen and uphold me today.
