2 Thessalonians
2 Thessalonians takes its name from the believers in Thessalonica to whom Paul wrote the letter. Paul encourages them to remain steadfast through persecution, corrects confusion about the day of the Lord, and warns against idleness while they wait for Christ’s return. The letter calls believers to perseverance, discernment, and faithful daily living. 2 Thessalonians reveals the Lord as just and faithful—the God who strengthens His people, will ultimately set things right, and calls them to stand firm in the truth.
