Galatians
Galatians takes its name from the churches in Galatia to whom Paul wrote the letter. Paul strongly defends the truth that people are made right with God through faith in Jesus Christ, not by relying on works of the Law. He warns against adding requirements to the gospel and explains the freedom believers have in Christ. Galatians reveals that salvation is a gift of grace and that true freedom is not permission to live however we want, but a Spirit-led life marked by faith working through love.
