Titus

Titus takes its name from Titus, one of Paul’s trusted coworkers and ministry leaders. Paul writes to guide Titus as he helps strengthen the churches on Crete, appoint qualified leaders, confront false teaching, and encourage believers to live in ways that reflect the gospel. The letter emphasizes sound doctrine joined with godly character and good works. Titus reveals that God’s grace not only saves His people but also teaches them to live with self-control, integrity, and devotion as they wait for the hope found in Jesus Christ.
