Peace Is Learned, Not Found
Philippians 4:6–7
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Reflection
Peace is not the absence of problems. It is the presence of Christ guarding your heart. Scripture shows that peace follows surrender, not control.
Anxiety tightens; peace guards. When we bring everything; not just the spiritual things into conversation with God, something shifts. The circumstances may remain, but our hearts are steadied.
Peace is learned through practice. It grows each time you choose prayer over panic, gratitude over fear, trust over urgency. Over time, your heart becomes trained to rest.
Prayer
Father, I bring You what is weighing on me today. Teach me to choose prayer over panic and gratitude over fear. Guard my heart and my mind with Your peace. Let Your presence steady me in the middle of what feels uncertain. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.
